We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order separately after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
